PayPal Progress: Requires EIN.
Bylaws Revision
The Board voted to approve the revised Bylaws and forward them to the City of Tucson for review.

Current Bylaws
Draft approved by board to be sent to Neighborhood Services for comment

Proposed Watershed Park at Baker and Van Buren
No communication with Keith has occurred since the last Board meeting. His status with the project is uncertain.
President Bickford will send Keith an email suggesting that he replace her name with his as the primary applicant and submit the application as soon as possible.
If Keith has not committed to submitting the application, President Bickford will submit it before the approaching deadline.
Desert Bloom: No change in status since last meeting.
Open Discussion: Advisor Beard reported that she contacted the Midas Muffler corporate office to advise them that property damage to the utility easement is occurring from large trucks, and the fact that the trucks are carrying hazardous waste over a utility easement. The problem is now being worked out.
