Present: Ali Bickford, President; Robin Steinberg, Vice President; Harold Hallikainen, Chief Financial Officer; Susan Patania, Chief Information Officer; Jennifer Beard, Advisor, Deb Pierce, Advisor

• Quorum established, Agenda approved, Minutes from last month’s Board reviewed and approved.

• Deadline Review
  • 3/12/26 – AZ Corp Commission Annual Filing
  • 3/15/26 – IRS 990-N Due
  • 6/2026 – Meeting room reservation for second half 2026
  • Plan annual meeting. 

• Treasurer’s Report: No transactions took place in April 2025. Current assets are $2,068.90.

• Watershed Park
  • Water schedule discussion
  • No news on rocks/pathway

• Safe Streets Minigrants
  • Projects submitted- have not heard from city.

• Area Plan

• Ali met with Sewell President. Agreement to create a sub committee 

• Sewell Schoolyard/Playground
  • Ali will contact City/Ward/TUSD about IGA (intergoverment Agreement)

• New Business
  • Alamo Wash and Road Diet on 5^th St. meeting occurred. Ali provided insight on how the Project managers are working together. 
  • Red Tag – Why not occurring at Loves? Ali will write email to City police.
