Mitman Neighborhood Association Dues
Membership is open to any adult resident as homeowner, renter, or business proprietor within the Mitman Neighborhood Association boundaries. Dues are not required to be a member of the Mitman Neighborhood Association and membership is not required to attend meetings, events, or to vote on officers.

Annual dues are $5 per household or business.

Please fill out this form and mail it with your check to Mitman Treasurer:  Mary Martin, The Van Buren Apartments, 625 N. Van Buren, Tucson, AZ 85711. Checks or money orders should be made out to Mitman Neighborhood Association. Please do not send cash.

There is a City of Tucson code for neighborhood yard sales:

Yard sales occurring more than two times in a three month period, three times in a six month period and four times in a twelve month period are a commercial activity and are not permitted in residential zones. One yard sale cannot exceed longer than 3 days.

October 10, 2013, 6:00 – 7:30pm   Van Buren Apartments, 625 N. Van Buren.  All homeowners, renters, and businesses in Mitman are invited and encouraged to attend. Our mission statement: Mitman Neighborhood Association exists to promote a sense of community, respect, safety, and neighborliness. Our mission is to promote community involvement and neighborhood goodwill. We are committed to keep an open-heart and mind to enhance the quality of life for all Mitman residents.

 Come meet your neighbors and vote for your neighborhood association officers. Agenda will be posted at least two weeks prior.
